He began his professional life serving in the British Army, where he honed his skills in discipline, strategy, and teamwork. After leaving the armed forces, Bobby transitioned into the world of facilities management and waste, amassing over 20 years of experience in the industry.

With 20 years of experience in the waste management industry and customer service, Catherine brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every role she undertakes. Over the past 15 years, she has honed her operational management skills, leading teams and optimising processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Max Curtis

Max is a young and ambitious business apprentice at Evolve Contract Solutions. Over the past eight months, he has been immersing himself in the facility management industry, gaining hands-on experience and learning new skills every day.

Cat Hudson

Cat is the Commercial Development Manager at Evolve Contract Solutions, bringing over 13 years of industry experience to her role. She recently joined Evolve to be part of a business that does things differently and prioritises its clients.

Cat’s favourite aspect of her job is building relationships and networking.

Helen Rudge

Helen is the Senior Administrator at Evolve Contract Solutions Ltd, bringing over 20 years of experience in hospitality, administration, and customer service. With a strong background in managing operations and providing exceptional client support, Helen plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Hannah Severns

Hannah is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in property management. Currently, she handles quoting jobs and organises work for customers, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service. Hannah studied Creative Writing at Edge Hill University, which has helped her develop strong communication skills in her current role.

Sarah- Jayne

Sarah is an experienced Credit Controller with over 10 years of expertise in lettings and management roles. She has a strong background in financial administration and relationship management, which has equipped her with a sharp eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to build positive, long-lasting relationships.

Ann McMurrie

Ann brings a wealth of experience in Compliance, Health & Safety, and Quality Management to her role at Evolve Contract Solutions. With a meticulous and proactive approach, she sets exceptionally high standards to ensure the safety and well-being of the business and its employees.

Neil Curtis

Neil Curtis is a seasoned professional with 23 years of experience in the waste management sector. His career began as an apprentice following his training as a civil engineer. Through dedication and expertise, Neil worked his way up to become Managing Director, leading a team of over 250 employees. Under his leadership, the company successfully navigated several acquisitions, culminating in its sale in 2022, a milestone for which Neil was instrumental.
